Job description:

    • To maintain a complete inventory of raw material, consumables, bought out & hardware.
    •  To ensure vehicles are loaded / unloaded with proper documentation.
Key Performance Area Key Activities
Stores Activities
  • To ensure maintenance of all records of receipt of material like; raw material, Bought out, consumable etc.
  • To ensure on time preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
  • To reduce inventory cost & inventory caring by maintaining & controlling Raw material, Bought Out, Consumable self life, slow, moving item etc.
  • Highlighting of three month old inventory to management with quality, quantity & cost.
  • Maintain traceability and accountability of material.
Logistics And Dispatch Activities
  • To maintain appropriate contract management with Transport.
  • Timely Arrangement of transport for dispatch.
  • Handling of octroi & RTO requirements.
  • To ensure the timely dispatch of material as per BOQ in QOTIF & ensuring adequate documentation & branding.
  • Reconciliation of dispatch material with Client BOQ & same updating to PMT.
  • Monitoring of Project wise dispatches & updating daily despatches to HOD, PMT & finance.

Production Activities
  • Achieve daily production as per the macro plan.
  • Align available resources to achieve production targets as per set benchmarks.
  • Monitor productivity and product standards with QOTIF.
  • Maintain the production MIS job no. & station no. wise.
  • Continuous improve the productivity of the work area by carrying out productivity improvement activities (process improvement).
Customer Management
  • Smooth execution of project as per the schedule time and customer specification with the co-ordination of PMT.
  • Continuous improvement on production lead time reduction with the help of implementation of new processes and systems.
Maintenance
  • Implementing the preventive, predictive & systematic maintenance schedules.
  • Tracking daily breakdowns and quick solution of any break-down/problem without affecting the production.
Team Management
  • Monitor and review the performance of supervisors and workers and identify training needs.
  • Motivating the team to improve and ensuring the spirits of team members is high.
  • Manpower management.
