- Smooth execution of project as per the schedule time and customer specification with the co-ordination of PMT.
- Continuous improvement on production lead time reduction with the help of implementation of new processes and systems.

| Maintenance |
- Implementing the preventive, predictive & systematic maintenance schedules.
- Tracking daily breakdowns and quick solution of any break-down/problem without affecting the production.

| Team Management |
- Monitor and review the performance of supervisors and workers and identify training needs.
- Motivating the team to improve and ensuring the spirits of team members is high.
- Manpower management.
