- Founded in 1976 as Sahani and Sons by Mr. Sudeshkumar Sahani, starting with a 1000 sq. ft. workshop in Thane, focusing on sheet metal fabrication.
- Expansion in 1995 to a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Wagle Estate, Thane, marking a turning point in the company’s growth.
- Entered major infrastructure projects in 2003, working on iconic projects like Break-Water Tetrapods, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Nashik Flyover, and Delhi Metro.
- Global expansion in 2004, with a 2-acre facility in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai, becoming the first Indian company to supply complete formwork solutions for Dubai Metro and New Doha International Airport.
- Built a world-class manufacturing facility in 2009, spanning 12 acres in Badlapur, making it the largest formwork manufacturing plant in India.
